Fadanger grazed in the fields. He kept his ears up the whole time watching for any predators. He was the leader and always kept an eye on the herd.

Zumlia grazed on the grassy plains.She twitched her ears back and fouth.

Zoeya walks around and eats a biut. She goes over to the water hole and gets some water to dribnk. She goes under a tree and relaxes in the shade.

Zumlia walked over to Amazon and greeted him.

Amazon greeted Zumlia, then traveled with the large herd, thoudands strong, as they rushed throughout the land. He saw a pride of lions watching them, but they panted lazily. He kept running, wanting to get to the fresh grounds where zebras and wildebeests traveled every year.

Zumlia traveled on at a jog.SHe bumped into Amazon while watching the lions.Zumila said Oh sorry!

Amazon ran with the herd, little gazelles leaping and bounding around him. An African Wild Dog gazed at the herd, who ran close together so their stripes confused predators.

Zumlia jumped up and did a squeal when a lion jumped out of the bushes.Zumila ran faster and ahead of Amazon.

Amazon barked loudly and dodged through the herd. They all ran, the lion closing in on a foal. She leaped on him and they both skidded and bashed against the ground, her holding his throat. The zebras kept running, there's nothing they can do. More lions came out of the brush and started eating the foal.

Zumila stopped and watched the lions drag the foal away.Then she thought at least my mothers foal is safe.Zumila watched her mothers foal named Juniper.Juniper was running by her mothers side in the middle of the herd.

Amazon saw up ahead the most dangerous part of this journey. The wide creek, where crocodiles lurked. Amazon ran by a wildebeest, other zebras all around him.

Zumila managed to get in the middle of the herd next to Juniper.Zumila slowed with the rest of the herd as they got nearer to the river waiting for Fandanger to make the first move.

All the animals stood silent until a young and stupid gazelle leaped in. Watching him anxiously, another zebra, female, leaped in next, then slowly more and more until it was Amazon's turn. He jumped and swam where he had too. A gazelle next to him was suddenly thrown into the air and shook around viciously. Amazon saw a large reptilian eye. The current carried away the weaker and sick animals. Amazon focused on the other side as a zebra was taken under the muddy water.

It was Zumilas turn and she jumped in with her mother and Juniper by her side.Two crocs took a Wilderbest down.The current was strong.Juniper started to drift away.Zumilas mother got to safety but panicked and got killed by a lion luking on the other side.Then Zumila felt something on her hoof.She kicked out and hit the croc in the eye.The croc went after a gazell and left Zumila.Juniper got to shore safely down stream.She called her mother but got no answer.Zumila staggered to the shore badly bleeding.

Reaching the shore, a lion jumped for Amazon, but he barked and kicked, keeping the lion off his back, but her large claws tore a flap back, exposing Amazon's red tissue. He continued running, the wild instinct of the zebras pushing him on.

Zumila stayed behind eyes wide,nostrils flaring.Juniper ran around looking for the herd.Zumila looked at all the blood from her herd members.

Amazon stayed bya wildebeest, wanting to be sheilded on each side. A large Cape Buffalo watched them pass. Amazon's flap of hide still hung down, causing him pain.

Zumila closed her eyes and swayed back and fourth.The blood from her leg poured into the water where the crocs lurked.

A cheetah watched the herd. Amazon stayed next to the large wildebeest. A few cape buffalos were in the herd, and Amazon felt safer around the large very strong creatures. A zebra barked, then another. Amazon answered. The barks increased as the cheetah took chase, a gazelle leaping and flying through the air to get away from it.
