Spirit whinned happily and trotted to a cave. It was very big and dry. He nickered, it looked safe and a good place to stay for the night.

Star nickered softly,she nibbeled on a piece of grass hoping it would help,it did not help.She whinned and rolled in the grass.She got up and started to buck in the air,kicking at trees and everything in her path.She soon slowed to a stop.But stood there frozen with pain,she wanted a family,no a horse to be there for her in tough times like this.

Misty trotted around trying to find some friends. She really wanted to find a stallion to help her out a but. Even a friend would be geat.

Amazon grazed on the delicious grass, glad to be free. He ran into a rushing stream, splashing water everywhere. He reared and whinnied happily.

Star saw how happy Amazon was to get rid of her.She galloped away into the brush and kept going,till she found a small hotspring.She stepped nto the hotspring letting all of her worries soak away.After a quick bath she gallops back to Spirt,she groomeed him then troted to the back of the cave,sobbing.

Amazon didn't know why Star was so sad and skittish all the time, especially in a place like this. He watched a turtle curiously as it lay sunbathing on a log. He crept closer to it, but it dived under water quickly, splashing Amazon. He looked down into the water, but didn't see the creature anymore.

Star stood face to the rock banging her head against the hard rock.She wondered if Amazon knew she left and why.She whinned and reared,kicking the walls of the cave knocking pieces of rock fromt he wall.She groaned and layed down,she did not care if Nemo torturered her,he could cover her for all she cared about.She hit her head on the wall one last time,before nickering softly to herself.

Spirit hated that. he bucked out and kicked her. He was really angry. Spirit ran after Star and reared up, he also kept bucking and kicking at her.

Amazon was too far away to hear any other horses, as he trotted along a small, almost gone deer trail. He found a fresh one and followed it. A doe saw him and grunted. Amazon stared at her curiously with her two fawns.

Star turned around and dodged his kick,she stood her ground and barred her teeth at the stallion.She whinned and reared.She whinned to Spirt"What did I do?You should be the one comforting me right now,how can you be so rude to me?!"Star looked at him and barred her teeth again.

Amazon found a dead horse along a trail. Apparently, the stallion had been shot by humans. Amazon, angry, reared up and thrashed the air viciously.

Spirit thought, how could he be conforting a selfcentered mare that only wants foals. She doesnt know how stallions want to be. Well, this stallion will NOT fall for the lovey dovey attuide. He is independent and hates being groomed by another mare that means nothing to him. He rears and his hooves pound into her neck.

Star stood her ground,because there was no where to go.She barred her teeth not liking the way Spirt was acting.She quickly tried to get on the other side of him and out of the cave,but he bloacked her exit and hope.Star hit the ground with a hard thump.She whinned and nickered"I am not a selfcentered mare,and all I was trying to do was be nice,and expand this herd!So beat me up all youu want but you will regret this trust me,look deep in your soul,herd leaders are supposed to be caring not killing.Now Spirt listen to me,if I was herd leader and you were me would you want me doing this to you?!"Star got up hoping he would think about what she just said.

Spirit didnt understand what she meant by expand the herd. Spirit has been nice for so long and since he met her he wanted her far away. He was sick of the 'crying' and needyness of the pathic mare.

Amazon smelled the dead stallion's neck. He saw a slight blood trail leading away through the trees and followed it slowly. This stallion must have run. He soon came to a large meadow. His mustang instincts went on high alert. He should not go into this meadow!

Star reared hitting Spirt in the head,hard.She jumped over him as he fell to the floor.She burst out of the cave happy to be away from the maniac.She started to graze not caring about Spirt she could have her own herd.

Amazon wandered slowly away from the dangerous feeling meadow. He saw Noir and greeted her, then left to get a long drink.

Noir greeted Amazon and followed him to get herself a drink. She shook her head and tossed her curly mane, and reached down to sip up the cool water. It was like ice sliding down her throat and it made her shiver.

Star trtoed down to the river to wash off.She soon noticed the river had a hint of red to it.She troted out of the river and found some aloe leaves and rubbed it were Spirt had cut her.She started to graze at the grass.

Amazon drank a lot of water, then lay down to rest in some tall grass. He nibbled on a flower.

Noir nickered good bye to Amazon and wandered off into the forest nearby. She didn't know what she was looking for or why, but she felt drawn. It was a beautiful place. The birch, oak, and rosewood all lush and thick with green leaves. Noir stopped and sampled a few of the leaves and found them to be quite delectable. A passing fly irritated her left front hoof and Noir lowered her head to chase the pest away, and then she continued to wander about.

That silly mare thought she knocked down or hurt Spirit. NOT
He charged after the crazy mare and knocked her into the stream head first. He sat on her head. Spirit HATED Star so much. He was almost double the size. She would nerver hurt her./

Noir exited the forest and came into a vast meadow. It was a beautiful place filled with spring grass flowing like the sea. Noir began to walk through the meadow, nibbling the swaying grasses along the way.

Amazon started to doze off, and jerked awake when his nose hit the dirt. He stood up and stretched, then groomed his side.
